What it does
Everything the front desk and the owner need.
One system instead of a booking app, a clipboard, a notebook and a pay spreadsheet. It works on a computer, a tablet and a phone.
Booking calendar
One column for each technician. Drag to move a booking, block time for breaks, and get a warning before a double booking.
Check-in tablet
Clients check in with their phone number and sign your waiver on the screen. Every waiver is saved and easy to find.
Checkout and gift cards
Services are already on the ticket. Tips go to the right technician. Card, cash or both, plus gift cards.
Staff pay
Commission, hourly or a daily rate. Tips split by who did the work. The month's payroll in one report.
Loyalty and birthdays
Points on every visit, Silver and Gold levels, and a birthday-month discount. Technicians are still paid on the full price.
Reminder texts
A text 3 hours before each booking, plus birthday and "we miss you" texts. Each one has an on/off switch.

What do I need?
A computer or tablet at the front desk, and internet. A tablet at the door for self check-in is optional. Technicians can see their own calendar on their phone.
Is a website included?
Yes. Your website is built from the system, so your services, prices, hours and team are always up to date, with a "Book now" button on every page. It uses your own web address (like yoursalon.ca), bought in your name.
Do I stay the owner of my Google profile and social pages?
Yes. You own your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page and Instagram. I'm added as a helper so I can set them up.
Can you move my clients and gift cards from my old app?
In most cases, yes. First I look at what your old app can export, and I tell you honestly what can move.
Is it only for nail salons?
It started in a nail salon. It fits salons with a front desk and several staff: nails, hair, lashes and brows. The demo is the best way to check.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your salon's size and what you need. After the demo, you get a clear written price before anything starts.
Who owns my client list?
You do. Your client list belongs to your salon, and you can ask for a copy at any time.
